Hi, I'm Stefan, and my passion is to work with the body. I help people heal chronic pain and trauma through movement and massage. My beginners to advanced classes are very detail-oriented and energetic, with a focus on finding flow, and taking care of our bodies. Starting in 2025 I am offering technique-focused Acroyoga classes online, for those who want to make some big leaps in their technical ability.
