Whether you’re completely new or looking to refine advanced skills, I love guiding students through flows that build trust, strength, and creativity. My classes focus on safety, clear communication, and a good dose of fun—because flying should feel as empowering as it is joyful. Outside of teaching, I’m always learning, playing, and connecting with the AcroYoga community at workshops, festivals, or just casual jams.
