National Centre for Circus Arts

The UK's national circus school in Shoreditch runs recreational courses for adults alongside its professional training. The adult programme covers aerial disciplines such as silks, hoop, rope, straps, static and flying trapeze, and ground acrobatics including tumbling, handstands, acrobalance and acro dance.

Courses run in terms at levels 1 to 3, with short courses, workshops and taster sessions in between. There are also dedicated classes for people over 50 and accessible aerial sessions.
