"When I grow up, I want to become a Gymnastics teacher!”, said I while practicing gymnastics in my childhood! Then science overcome in my career path, but soon i’ve discovered Yoga at my teens, while healing a cancer in 1998. I knew it was my favorite “science”! Meanwhile, teaching science and technology to adults and children became my main professional activity until I rediscovered the pleasure of acrobatics with AcroYoga, and the amazing intelligence the body has in its movement! Gradually, i’ve shifted to Yoga teaching, embracing Kids Yoga, Body Expression and Movement, AcroYoga, Partner Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Thai Massage. Now I choose to work mainly as a Yoga Coach, Massage Therapist, Musician and Dad! I chose to do my AcroYoga Teacher Certification in 2015, at the Acro.Yoga.Thai school of Barcelona for the depth of the teachings and vision of Acro as Assisted yoga. Based in the Algarve, Portugal, but traveling around and sharing my view on Acroyoga - The Yoga of Relationship. I'm also the organizer of the Portugal Acroyoga Festival, since 2017.
