I’m David Barreto, an AcroYoga practitioner since 2007 and certified teacher since 2012. Over the years, I’ve dedicated my life to this discipline as a path of personal growth, connection, and creativity. I’m the founder of AcroYoga Prem, a school born from the desire to train and support practitioners and teachers with depth, safety, and joy. I’m also the co-creator of the AcroYoga Comunitat Festival, a gathering that celebrates community, play, and diversity — and the creator of AcroParty, thematic events where flight becomes celebration. In my classes, trainings, and events, I aim to integrate technique, awareness, and enjoyment. To me, AcroYoga is more than a practice — it’s a language that connects bodies, emotions, and purpose.
