Athletic Playground

A movement gym in Emeryville and one of the main acro hubs of the Bay Area. The weekly schedule includes AcroYoga levels 1 to 3, standing partner acro, acro open training, beginner to intermediate handstands, all level acrobatics and soft acrobatics.

Aerial classes (trapeze, silks, hoop, straps), parkour, tricking, contact improv and flexibility round out the offer. Classes are booked with a drop in credit system, and there are regular acro jams with performances, workshops, courses and retreats.
