Welcome to my Page! Since a child I was always super active on body movement, exploring (same say scaring others) the different elements. Back in 2016 I had my first contact with Yoga and I confess I didn't got hooked at that time... yet. In 2017 I've joined an AcroYoga Workshop and that was a immediatly love at first "touch" I'm the main mentor and founder of 6 Senses Yoga in Sesimbra, co-founder of the project AcroYoga com todos in Lisbon, part of Acroyoga4all. I'm also co-founder of the project AYGA and beeleev I like to combine my years of knowledge on sports activities along with the yoga life philosophy and Therapies studies, into a complete, balanced and harmonious way of life. Along the recent years I've promoted several regular jams in Jardim da Estrela (Lisbon), Costa da Caparica, Estoril, Sesimbra and Setúbal, been one of the most active members of AcroYoga in Portugal "Learn from yesterday, enjoy the present, don't compromise tomorrow"
