Portugal Spirit AcroYoga Retreat 2027

A seven day summer AcroYoga retreat by ClapYourWings at Orada, a permaculture retreat center on 71 hectares in the Alentejo countryside near Portugal's southwest coast, close to the Algarve. Up to 20 participants train with three teachers: Inez Almeida, Karel Salet and Jolien Heetkamp.

The program covers yoga and prehab, AcroYoga and partner acrobatics (whips, icarians, hand to hand, dance acro and flows), handstands, Thai massage and therapeutic flying, plus two beach excursions, a cacao ceremony, a dance party and a photo shoot. Not for beginners: at least six months of acro practice is required, and you should be comfortable with star and side star in L base. The group meets in Lisbon on the first day and travels to the venue together.

Prices include accommodation (shared room or double room with private bathroom, depending on the ticket), three organic vegetarian meals a day and all classes: early bird shared room 1,250 EUR and early bird 1,450 EUR (before 1 December), normal 1,550 EUR (before 1 May), late 1,650 EUR.
