About this event
Inez Almeida (ClapYourWings) and Karel Salet return to Helsinki for an AcroYoga weekend at the Awase Aikido Dojo in the Cable Factory (Kaapelitehdas). The program covers flows with hand to hand entries and reverse whips, L base front whip pops and icarians, standing acro and dance acro.
The workshops are intermediate level with variations for different skill levels; a star in L base plus some handstand and pop experience is a good basis. Saturday 12:00 to 19:00, Sunday 09:00 to 15:30. Puzzle mats are provided, food is not included.
Prices as published: 150 EUR early bird until 30 October, then 180 EUR; a single day costs 95 EUR once the first 10 tickets are sold. Booking with the organizer.
