A two day AcroYoga intensive at Oslo Theater Center with Inez Almeida (ClapYourWings) and Karel Salet (AcroKarel), with twelve hours of workshops: whips, whip pops, icarians and whicarians, creative flows with hand to hand and unusual transitions, dance lifts and standing acrobatics. Sunday closes with a recap and a lunar cool down.
Workshops are multilevel but not for beginners: you should be comfortable with basic washing machines such as ninja star and four step, and some familiarity with pops is recommended. Puzzle mats are provided, food is not included.
Prices as published: full weekend 1650 NOK / 150 EUR early bird until 30 October, then 2000 NOK / 180 EUR; day ticket 1200 NOK / 110 EUR once 10 people have signed up. Payment in EUR, booking with the organizer.
