About this event
A two day AcroYoga intensive in Copenhagen with Inez Almeida (ClapYourWings) and Karel Salet: twelve hours of workshops on icarians and whicarians, whips and whip pops, creative flows with hand to hand entries and exits, standing acro and dance lifts. Sunday ends with a recap and a lunar cool down.
Workshops are multilevel but not for complete beginners: you should be comfortable with basic washing machines such as ninja star and four step, some familiarity with pops helps. Saturday 12:00 to 19:00, Sunday 10:00 to 18:00. Puzzle mats are provided, food is not included.
Prices as published: full weekend 1310 DKK / 175 EUR (early bird 1155 DKK / 155 EUR ended 30 September), day ticket 670 DKK / 90 EUR once 10 people have signed up. Booking with the organizer.
