Vienna AcroSpirit Weekend Intensive

Join us for a weekend with these two skilled acroyogis with a deep background in yoga, great didactical skills and tons of experience sharing their passion.

They will offer a wide array of creative and original washing machines a strong pops and icarian practice!

For this weekend intensive, you can expect a diverse program covering multiple aspects of acroyoga.

The whole weekend will be multilevel, offering different options so you find your challenge.

Preliminary program:

Day 1: Saturday July 5

Workshop 1 - 11:00-13:30 Washing machines and more washing machines! Discover some of Caspian and Laura’s original or favourite washing machine moves, some funkier and challenging than others :)

Workshop 2 - 15:00-17:30 Pops/Icarians Linking: This sequence will link several unique and exciting pops into a flow (with some icarian options too). Let’s create airtime in a safe and progressive way! There is a lot of focus on safety and how to fall/catch during pops & icarians.

Day 2: Sunday July 5

Workshop 3 - 11:00-13:30 Icarian Courbettes: More airtime! This workshop will focus on icarian courbettes with some fun variations, we will have progressions and options to pop instead also.

Workshop 4 - 15:00-17:30 Flowtime: Make your acro flowy. We will combine some elements you have already learned in the other sessions, and add some other unique moves into one beautiful flow to keep and practice after the weekend! Flowing is one of our specialities, so come learn our secrets of flow! 😍

Please note that this intensive is not suitable for beginners.

We have some prerequisites to ensure you get the most out of the weekend (spotters can be there for safety but not holding the trick).
