About this event
Join us on Sunday April 19th (11:00 - 13:30) for this Multi Level Icarian Workshop!
Icarian Workshop - We will offer different level Icarian skills for different level of participants (content will include things like cascades, handsprings, castaway and linking some of these and with harder variations/options). As long as you meet the pre-reqs you’re welcome to join and can expect to be challenged at your level. If you’re more advanced we will have some trickier or more technical tricks for you to work on too!
Please note that this workshop is not suitable for beginners. If you’re joining solo we will make sure you have others to work with.
We have some prerequisites that you need to have to be able to join, to ensure it is safe and appropriate for all students.
You should be able to perform the pre-reqs only using spotters for safety but not assisting the skill.
Pre-reqs:
- Throne to Front Plank Icarian
- Reverse Handspring Icarian
Where:
Utrecht Gymzaal Schoolplein 6 (same location as the Sunday jam, which happens right after the workshop)
